YEAR-END SHOWCASE:
WE PRODUCE AN EXCITING YEAR-END SHOWCASE INVOLVING ALL DANCERS IN THE STUDIO. THIS IS A VERY REWARDING PART OF THE SEASON THAT BOTH FACULTY AND STUDENTS LOOK FORWARD TO. FEES ASSOCIATED WITH THE YEAR-END SHOWCASE WILL BE CHARGED VIA THE SHOWCASE BUNDLE IN MARCH. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION REGARDING TIME, LOCATION, AND REHEARSALS WILL BE RELEASED WHEN AVAILABLE.
YEAR-END SHOWCASE TICKETS:
PARENTS WILL RECEIVE 1-2 DISCOUNTED TICKETS (VENUE DEPENDENT). ALL OTHER TICKETS WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE AT REGULAR PRICE.
SHOWCASE BUNDLE
FAMILIES WILL BE REQUIRED TO PURCHASE ONE SHOWCASE BUNDLE ($30 – $100 PRICE RANGE) PER DANCER.
DETAILS AND ORDER FORMS WILL BE RELEASE IN MARCH.
CLASS REQUIREMENTS:
A MINIMUM OF 4 DANCERS MUST BE ENROLLED FOR A CLASS TO CONTINUE. IF A CLASS DOES NOT MEET THIS REQUIREMENT, ENROLLED STUDENTS WILL BE MOVED TO A COMPARABLE CLASS.
CLASS OBSERVATION:
ALL CLASSES ARE CLOSED TO PARENTS AND OBSERVERS UNLESS APPROVED BY THE DIRECTOR. CLASSES WILL BE OPEN DURING PARENT WATCH WEEK.
OUR LOBBY IS OPEN TO STUDENTS AND THEIR FAMILIES FOR MOST CLASSES. SIBLINGS MAY UTILIZE OUR PLAY AREA WHILE ADULTS CAN ACCESS OUR COMPLIMENTARY COFFEE/TEA BAR.
ANY LOBBY CLOSURES WILL BE ADVERTISED AS NEEDED.
PLEASE BE AWARE OF NOISE LEVEL AND WAIT TO USE THE RESTROOM BETWEEN CLASSES WHENEVER POSSIBLE.
DRESS CODE:
DANCEWEAR IS SPECIFIC TO EACH CLASS AND IS NECESSARY FOR A SUCCESSFUL LEARNING EXPERIENCE. PLEASE VISIT OUR DRESS CODE PAGE FOR DETAILED INFORMATION INCLUDING HAIR REQUIREMENTS AND SHOE STYLE NUMBERS.
INSIDE THE STUDIO:
-STUDENTS ARE EXPECTED TO WEAR SPECIFIC DANCEWEAR FOR CLASS.
-PLEASE WRITE YOUR DANCERS NAME INSIDE ALL APPAREL, BAGS, & SHOES.
OUTSIDE THE STUDIO:
-COVER-UPS WILL BE WORN.
-DANCE SHOES ARE NOT TO BE WORN OUTSIDE. THIS PROTECTS THE STUDIO FLOORS AND PROLONGS THE LIFE OF YOUR DANCERS SHOES.
TUITION GUIDELINES:
ALL FAMILIES ARE REQUIRED TO UPLOAD A DEBIT/CREDIT CARD/ACH INFO INTO OUR ONLINE STUDIO SYSTEM. IF AN ALTERNATE FORM OF PAYMENT IS NEEDED, IT MUST BE APPROVED BY THE DIRECTOR.
FAMILIES WITH MORE THAN ONE DANCER WILL RECEIVE A 10% TUITION DISCOUNT ON THE 2ND AND EACH SUBSEQUENT DANCER.
PAYMENT MUST BE MADE ON THE 1ST OF THE MONTH.
PAYMENT MADE AFTER THE 5TH OF THE MONTH WILL INCUR A $20 FEE.
ANY DECLINED CARD PAYMENTS WILL INCUR A $20 FEE.
ANY RETURNED CHECKS WILL INCUR A $20 FEE.
REGISTRATION AND WITHDRAWALS:
DANCERS MAY WITHDRAW AT ANY POINT DURING THE SEASON VIA EMAIL TO THE DIRECTOR.
REGISTRATION FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
ALL COSTUME FEE PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. IF YOUR DANCER IS UNABLE TO PARTICIPATE IN SHOWCASE BUT IS NOT WITHDRAWN BEFORE JAN 31ST, THEY WILL STILL RECEIVE A COSTUME AND FULL PAYMENT MUST BE MADE.
SAFETY:
PARENTS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR DANCER BEFORE AND AFTER CLASS. DO NOT LEAVE YOUR CHILD UNATTENDED.
DROP OFF AND PICKUP SHOULD TAKE PLACE BY A PARENT OR AUTHORIZED INDIVIDUAL. PLEASE INFORM THE TEACHER OF ANY SPECIAL PICKUP CIRCUMSTANCES.
STUDENT ABSENCES:
DANCERS UNABLE TO ATTEND THEIR REGULARLY SCHEDULED CLASSES DUE TO ILLNESS OR EMERGENCY MAY PARTICIPATE IN ANY COMPARABLE CLASS BY AGE OR STYLE WITH DIRECTOR APPROVAL. CREDITS CAN NOT BE GIVEN FOR MISSED CLASSES.
CLOSURES:
TUITION IS BASED OFF 36 WEEKS OF DANCE. WE AVERAGE TUITION INTO TEN MONTHLY INSTALLMENTS WHICH REMAINS THE SAME REGARDLESS OF THE NUMBER OF WEEKS IN THE MONTH.
THE SEASON SCHEDULE INCLUDES 2 EXTRA WEEKS OF INSTRUCTIONAL TIME WHICH WILL COVER WEATHER, HOLIDAY, OR UNEXPECTED CLOSURES.
ANY ADDITIONAL MAKEUP DAYS BEYOND THOSE LISTED ABOVE WILL BE SCHEDULED IN MAY POST-SHOWCASE.
